Daily chef restaurant Denpara

A restaurant offering lunches with a different chef and a changing menu each day opened in June 2024 in a corner of the former Tsuchibuchi Junior High School in Tono City, Iwate Prefecture. Based on the theme of a restaurant open to the community, the restaurant was named "Denpara" with the hope that everyone will work together to turn Tsuchibuchi Town into a utopia. Fifteen chefs will take turns serving lunches using ingredients from Tono, ranging from Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine to original dishes.
